Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yrPosition Summary:The Director of Employee & Labor Relations is responsible for overseeing employee relations, labor compliance, and workforce policies within the nursing home. This role ensures fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices related to employee conduct, disciplinary actions, investigations, payroll accuracy, and labor management.
