We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and enhancement of ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with users and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support the full project lifecycle. This role involves process mapping, documentation, testing, and facilitating communication across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate user needs for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with users to define solutions and map business requirements. Document requirements, system designs, test scripts, and training materials. Facilitate AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and system design documentation. Gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Define product themes, epics, user stories, and features. Lead prioritization and sprint planning sessions. Support quality assurance through test case planning and execution. Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications. Monitor and support sprint and project activities, ensuring timely delivery. Create and maintain release notes and user training documentation. Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicting requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 47 years of experience with IT SDLC processes. 47 years of experience working on ServiceNow projects. 47 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Skilled in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements. Skilled in test case planning, QA/QC reviews, and analyzing raw data. Experience maintaining sprint backlogs and supporting Agile ceremonies. Strong communication skills, including experience working with executive stakeholders. Skilled in facilitating large group meetings and mediating conflicting requirements. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience with government agencies. 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or GRC. ServiceNow certification(s).
