Responsibilities As a Receiving & Fulfillment Lead, you will work in our Chicago Distribution Center receiving, unpacking, counting and storing footwear. In addition, you will be responsible for e‑commerce fulfillment, picking and packing shipments for a daily pick‑up. Take pride in accuracy, organization and will work to ensure shipments are sent in a timely manner and receiving and shelving are done accurately. Partner with other Fulfillment Leads and managers to maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment. Unload and load delivery truck(s) Manage and monitor daily carrier pick‑up (FEDEX and UPS) Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions Work schedule will be based upon the demands of the business. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point‑of‑sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10‑25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
