Compensation Package
We offer competitive wages of $22 per hour for our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Job Description
Deliver high-quality care to residents in a nourishing environment.
Provide individualized attention to encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain their highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Carry out assignments related to daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Attend to individual needs of all residents regarding incontinent care, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, communication, and other requirements.
Offer care that maintains each resident's skin integrity by changing incontinent residents, turning, repositioning immobile residents, and applying moisturizers to fragile skin areas.
Perform tasks assigned by the floor nurse including checking vital signs, weighing residents, applying creams/ointments, and collecting specimens.
Maintain knowledge of individual care plans and support the care planning process by providing supervisors with specific information and observations of residents' needs, preferences, and report any behavioral changes.
Assist the Wound Care Nurse as directed.
Complete medical records documenting care provided and other relevant information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements
Will to pick up shifts at facilities located in Minnesota.
A passion for working with people and handling everyday challenges with a smile.
Certified/registered as a nursing assistant in the state of Minnesota.
Experience in long-term care.
Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.
Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff.
