Join the Enterprise SAP S/4 Core Finance and Source to Pay Team and play a critical role in NBCUniversal’s Source to Pay operations and technology. This position focuses on driving technology product roadmaps, enhancements, production support operations for the sourcing, procurement and accounts payable workstreams (S2P). It supports SAAS, custom developed applications and SAP Procure to Pay Products while contributing to the design and rollout of SAP S/4HANA capabilities. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work within SAP and non‑SAP systems to deliver reliable Source to Pay solutions. You’ll collaborate across business areas to optimize processes and implement standard global solutions. This role requires technical expertise, a detail‑oriented approach and a focus on Supplier, Invoice Processing and Procurement technology transformation. Primary responsibilities Serve as a central knowledge champion and subject matter expert for S2P product technologies, SAP S/4HANA and related systems. Create metrics, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S2P operations using analytics tools. Execute configuration and product delivery for S2P applications, manage integration with SAP boundaries and provide comprehensive support for SAP Procurement to Pay systems. Oversee product application ownership, ensuring compliance and providing user support for both SAP and third‑party SaaS or internally developed applications such as Engie and Contract Compliance (CCA). Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for integrated data and processes, resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly. SAP S/4 Core Finance & Source Pay Solution Delivery Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices as part of the S/4 HANA transformation. Design robust and scalable solutions that integrate effectively with upstream and downstream boundary systems, including Concur, P‑Card, Engie, Contract Management, Sustainability and other external sourcing, procurement and payable systems. Advocate for SAP clean core principles, utilize standard functionalities, embed strong governance and minimize custom development to ensure long‑term scalability and maintainability. Lead fit‑gap analyses and blueprinting initiatives to align solution designs with NBCU’s financial operations, product strategy and global roadmap. Collaborate closely with teams across Sourcing, Procurement, Finance Operations and TAX to guarantee integrated data and process flows within S/4 and related systems. Deliver ongoing support for S2P systems, efficiently resolve issues while minimizing disruption to business operations. Drive configuration and delivery for S2P applications, oversee integration with SAP systems and support SAP Procurement to Pay processes with embedded internal controls, ensuring compliance with SOX, audit and corporate governance requirements. Contribute to development of business functional requirements, functional specifications, data models and system configurations aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Oversee complex data flows and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain system integrity across the S2P and Finance landscape. Perform and analyze data conversions and migrations to SAP and related Procure to Pay systems. Design scalable solutions that connect with platforms such as Concur, P‑Card, Engie and Contract Management. Regulatory & Compliance Enablement Partner with Cybersecurity, Privacy and Internal Audit teams to build compliant solutions that manage segregation of duties, sensitive data handling and supplier risk exposure. Implement standardized approval workflows, tolerance checks and exception handling across procurement and invoice processes to enforce company policies. Perform annual user access reviews for several platforms, manage certificate updates with SSO/3rd Party teams and address Comcast Global Audit requests by providing evidence and mitigating findings. Establish monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability, data accuracy and business continuity across S2P and Finance processes. Testing, Documentation & Support Perform end‑to‑end testing efforts including unit, integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solution quality and business fit. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, enhancements and business processes to support audit, change management and product lifecycle needs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Serve as a strategic liaison between engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities and deliverables. Translate technical concepts into business language, manage stakeholder expectations and build consensus around solution direction. Partner with cross‑functional teams to validate business requirements and drive the successful execution of development initiatives. Innovation & Strategic Thinking Evaluate and implement emerging technologies leveraging AI where possible to enhance technology operations and deliver business value. Guide stakeholders through technology change, ensuring adoption and maximizing strategic impact. Drive continuous improvement by identifying system enhancement opportunities and implementing innovative, cost‑effective solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices as part of the S/4 HANA transformation. Project & Change Management Support change management and user adoption through training, documentation and knowledge transfer. Proactively identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery. Regular meetings with business stakeholders on progress updates, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring project intake forms are submitted before development starts. Manage daily Scrum meetings, create and assign JIRA tasks, backlog refinement, sprint planning and resolve engineering team blockers. Perform and organize project management activities for product enhancements and transformation. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain program/project level oversight and manage exceptions related to timelines, milestones and business transformation strategies. Additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, finance, accounting, supply chain or related field and relevant years of professional experience. • 8+ years of experience working in Information Technology and proven experience in supporting end‑to‑end source to pay technology product and applications. • Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprinting, realization, testing, go‑live and support). • Experience in SAP S/4 configuration, customization and enhancements in one or more of the following workstreams: Finance, Tax, Procurement and Accounts Payable. • Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end procurement technology processes with at least 3 years of experience using either SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Concur or similar ERP solutions. • 1‑3 years’ experience with Worksoft or similar test automation software. • Self‑starter that demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to identify flexible and forward‑thinking IT solutions. • Excellent written and oral communication skills – ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, both business and technology. • Strong time and task management skills with proven ability to multi‑task and maintain professional demeanor under pressure. • Knowledgeable in all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Willingness to work off business hours and weekends as needed in a demanding environment. • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deliverables. • Proactive, self‑motivated; identifies opportunities for improvement. • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Copilot and AI tools. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial accounting and procure‑to‑pay processes. • Able to travel domestic or international on a periodic basis for business activities. Preferred Qualifications PMP or other professional project management certification. Experience using integration tools: Tibco, Informatica, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration, SAP API Gateway. Understanding of media and entertainment industry‑specific processes. Experience with clean core concepts, Fiori apps, Power BI or embedded analytics. Experience using systems designed to manage projects, issues, changes and testing (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, HPALM, Worksoft). Experience within the media entertainment industry. Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Signavio, Power BI) to drive data‑driven decision making. Experience using Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow/Freshdesk/Zendesk to ensure issues are recorded and comply with the issue management process. Experience with SOW modules, contract lifecycle management tools and risk management. Additional Requirements Fully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non‑NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee’s residence. Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000.
