VP of Custom Builds

We are parterned with a highly respected homebuilding company known for crafting luxury, high-quality homes. Their reputation for innovation, customer service, and attention to detail ensures that you'll be part of a team committed to excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years experience in custom homebuilding, with hands-on experience in purchasing and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of custom residential construction 
  • Proficient in BuilderTrend- to streamline purchasing, estimating, and cost management processes, while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex, high-end custom home projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of custom homebuilding process, including design, engineering, permitting, purchasing, and customer relations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and zoning laws.
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven mindset and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Bacehlors Degree in Construction Management- preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot-preferred NOT required
