ODDITY is a consumer tech platform transforming the global beauty and wellness market. We deploy advanced technology, including molecular discovery, synthetic biology, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision to develop exceptional products and deliver consumers a superior experience. Our digital-first brands, IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild, are rapidly disrupting the offline-dominated beauty and wellness industries around the world. Brands 3 and 4 will launch next year, replicating the playbook of our existing brands in adjacent spaces to take a step change in our growth and impact.

We are looking for the ideal project Manager.
As a Project Manager you will lead high-impact scientific projects with a relentless focus on execution and results. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that demands proactive management, quick decision-making, and accountability for outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with scientific understanding, exceptional project management skills, and an unwavering commitment to achieving goals on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Take full ownership of scientific projects, driving them from initial planning through to successful delivery, with a focus on hitting key milestones and delivering measurable results.
- Act decisively to coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, and commercial groups, ensuring alignment and accountability across all projects’ aspects.
- Develop and manage aggressive timelines and resource plans, pushing projects forward while anticipating obstacles and finding solutions to keep work on track.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with senior leadership, providing no-nonsense updates on progress, challenges, and results.
- Proactively identify and eliminate potential bottlenecks or issues, showing resourcefulness in problem-solving and continuously adapting to keep programs on course.
- Take a hands-on approach to liaising with external partners or vendors, including CROs, ensuring that all third-party contributions meet program requirements and standards.
- Lead program review sessions, distilling complex data and insights to support fast, informed decision-making by stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or program/project management within biotech, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing multiple, complex programs under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate program needs and take decisive actions to resolve issues independently.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing cross-functional teams to stay focused and aligned on objectives.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field (equivalent experience in the field may be considered).
