Recruiting Manager - Connexa Search Group The Connexa Search Group is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a privately held, $500M company in the Atlanta area. This role offers a high level of visibility and strategic impact. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the FP&A Director and work closely with Division Presidents and C‑suite. This person will play a key role in shaping forecasts, building financial models from scratch, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. We’re looking for someone confident, analytical, and capable of clearly communicating “the why” behind their numbers. Responsibilities Build and manage financial models to support forecasting, profitability analysis, and key initiatives. Lead monthly forecasting of P&L and cash flow across multiple business units. Translate operational performance into actionable financial insights. Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and decision‑making. Conduct ad hoc analysis to evaluate cost‑saving opportunities and business performance trends. Lead or support key phases of the annual budget process. Present findings directly to executive leadership in a clear, thoughtful manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience required; 5+ years preferred. Must have at least 2 years of extensive forecasting experience. Strong Excel modeling skills; comfortable working independently to build forecasts from scratch. Exposure to tools such as SQL, MS Access, or other data platforms preferred. Excellent communication skills and professional presence when interacting with senior leaders. Strong business judgment and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
