Machine Learning Software Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) models to enhance data-driven insights and automation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning algorithms and AI functionalities into applications.
  • Implement MLOps practices to streamline the ML lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment and monitoring in production.
Requirements:
  • Must have experience developing Machine Learning programs from scratch
  • Proficiency in machine learning and AI libraries, particularly TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency with Python for data analysis, model development, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong mathematical skills in linear algebra, probability, and statistics as applied to machine learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
  • At least 3 years of work experience focused on machine learning/AI.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy, and maintain ML and AI models in production environments.
  • Highly motivated individual with a desire to help drive vision and strategy.
  • Agile, forward-thinking, and adaptable to changing technologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00
