Job Description:
As a Part-Time Respiratory Therapist at Westview Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving the respiratory health of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and evaluating residents' respiratory conditions and needs.
Developing and implementing personalized respiratory care plans.
Administering respiratory therapy treatments and monitoring their effectiveness.
Educating residents and their families on respiratory care and equipment usage.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.
Qualifications:
Current Respiratory Therapist license.
Proven experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends is a must.
