Our client in Dallas is growing their Security Architecture division and in need of a Senior Security Architect – who will champion secure‑by‑design, enabling Engineering Teams to inherit appropriate tools and best practices. Providing expert‑level guidance and advisory services to protect workloads across hybrid environments. Having already built a world‑class HPC and AI environment at scale, the ambition does not stop, this client is truly innovative at problem‑solving. Working in collaboration with the brightest minds to become the go‑to Compute & Cloud company globally. What you’ll be doing Architect and design end‑to‑end security for the SDLC stack. Secure CI/CD pipelines: implement code scanning, dependency checks, artifact signing, and secrets management. Establish Security best‑practices in Public Cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. Partner with external security teams to align and enforce policies and controls. Establish policy‑as‑code frameworks for automated compliance. Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to implement network security controls. Define and govern IAM models for platform and service workloads. Implement DevSecOps tooling across engineering teams. Responsibility of risk reporting and tracking to ensure completion of deliverables are on‑time Coach and mentor engineering teams on secure design and threat modelling through workshops Desired profile Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in Security focused roles Expertise in DevSecOps tooling Strong experience building secure architectures in AWS Deep knowledge of IAM Experience with CI/CD security Scripting ability & automation using IaaC tools Experience with Container security Strong Kubernetes knowledge Expertise in policy‑as‑code frameworks Familiarity with compliance frameworks like CIS, NIST, SOC2, GDPR. Excellent communication skills with security, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
