- 5+ years of desktop support experience
- Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting experience
- Ability to be onsite 5 days per week
- Microsoft products and software suite
- ServiceNow ticketing system experience
- Support from a remote environment in the past

- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Travel locally within the greater Lake Mary area
- Imaging (Ghost)
- SCCM application deployment
- IT Asset Management
Job Description:
- Provides support to all IT-related activities and initiatives, including guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on IT problems and ensures resolution
- Provides guidance, assistance, coordination, and follow-up on problems and ensures resolution.
- Provides support to a specific group of customers on applications, infrastructure, and technology related activities for small projects
- Works with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations
- Trains customers on new products, applications, and platforms
- Contributes to the achievement of team objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in technical and customer-support required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
Compensation:
$22/hr to $25/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
