This role will lead a team to ensure that results are achieved through effectively managing the performance of the properties with regards to financials, maintenance, revenue management, marketing plans, capital improvements and compliance with laws and company policies as well as provide support to the Regional Property Managers in interviewing, hiring, developing and assessing talent throughout the region to continually enhance the company’s number one resource, its people.Qualifications5 years minimum experience in a multi‑site supervisory roleExcellent business and financial acumen with a solid understanding of real estate financial concepts and statementsExperience with Microsoft Office, Property Management systems, Revenue Management systems, and other industry related systemsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skillsExperience working in cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and improve property management processesThorough understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and guidelinesAbility to travel frequentlyCPM or CPM candidate preferredBenefitsWillow Bridge Property Company offers competitive pay, a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401(k) and opportunities for career development and advancement.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
