馃搷 Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) | Travel up to 35% A global automation leader is seeking a proven commercial and service executive to take ownership of its North American aftermarket strategy. This is a key regional leadership role focused on expanding recurring revenue, elevating customer experience, and driving digital service transformation across the organization. The Opportunity You鈥檒l lead the end-to-end performance of the aftersales business, spanning service contracts, spare parts, and digital service solutions, for complex warehouse automation systems. Working closely with senior leadership, you鈥檒l shape the commercial and operational strategy to align with North American growth objectives, ensuring long-term success with leading retailers, grocers, pharma distributors, and logistics partners. Key Responsibilities Lead the aftermarket service and spare parts organization, overseeing a team of managers and directors. Drive commercial growth through renewals, upgrades, and new service initiatives. Manage pricing, inventory, and fulfillment strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability. Advance the adoption of digital and predictive service offerings, including remote diagnostics and connected maintenance solutions. Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the North American service strategy. Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Serve as the senior escalation point for key clients, ensuring exceptional responsiveness and outcomes. What You鈥檒l Bring 10+ years of experience in aftermarket sales, service operations, or customer success within automation, robotics, or industrial technology. Proven track record growing service and parts revenue for complex capital systems. Strong commercial and operational leadership, capable of managing multi-site teams. Background in warehouse automation or material handling required. Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business or engineering; MBA preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities. Willingness to travel up to 35% across North America and internationally.
