Send us your resume to start the conversation and join XebiaYou will be:dividing your working time into different general activities: project work (most of the time), consulting and support of the pre‑sales departmentparticipating in various customer projects, designing new, green-field projects, as well as leading migrations and modernizations of legacy softwareactively taking part in the SDLC process, starting from the discovery phasepreparing high-level documentation, including diagrams and ADRsdesigning, modelling, and making critical decisions regarding the solution architecture and utilized infrastructureestimating high-level cost and time to deliverleading regular discussions with customersanalyzing functional and non-functional requirements to better plan, scope, and define projects for a high-quality solutioninvestigating new potential solutions and leading PoC projects to check viabilityYour profile:Software Development Expert with at least 12 years of commercial experiencehands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including managing cloud-based infrastructure, deploying services, and ensuring scalability and securityunderstand the application development process and the DevOps culture; know what is happening under the hood for code and infrastructurearchitect software components, integrations, infrastructures, high-level visions, and migrations (e.g., monolith to microservices, cloud to cloud, on-premise to cloud) for at least 5 yearsexperience working with external clients (including at C-level)good understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., monolithic, microservices, hexagonal, SOA, Event Driven Design, CRUD, serverless, Lambda, Kappa, design for failure)keen to propose and implement a project delivery strategy (big-bang or staged/iterative releases)experience conducting online/offline workshops and driving them from problem statement to final artefactknowledge of industry-standard workshop methodsexpert in idea visualization using tools like Miro, draw.io, Lucid Charts, PlantUML, Mermaid, C4, etc.exceptional verbal and written communication skills with both business/functional and highly technical audiencesownership of all technical aspects of projects, with willingness to drill down, self-educate, and propose tactical solutionsopenness to exploring GenAI tools in software developmentcommitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharingability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguityunderstanding of Agile SDLCcertificate pursuit in Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, etc.willingness to work on projects with increased data protection standardswillingness to travel to clients’ locations and Xebia officesfluent in English (C1); knowledge of Polish is a plusWork from Poland and a work permit are required.Recruitment ProcessCV review – HR call – Interview – Interview II – (Interview III)* – Decision*if neededSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Consulting and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
