Key Responsibilities:
  • Precision in Fulfillment: Accurately select and package products according to specific customer orders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and timeliness.
  • System Savvy: Utilize our UPS/Federal Express manifest systems with proficiency, supported by a strong foundation in data processing and PC operation.
  • Quality Control: Conduct routine checks and prepare detailed reports, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • Effective Communication: Articulate clearly and effectively, whether it’s with customers or team members, to foster a collaborative working environment.
  • Mathematical Mastery: Apply your numerical skills to manage inventories, calculate quantities, and analyze data for better decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
  • A High School Diploma/GED is required, bolstered by 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • A history of working with courier manifest systems and a knack for data processing will set your application apart.
  • Strong reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and act on various forms of instructions and reports.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and manual handling.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • This role involves a mix of sitting, standing, and moving within the workspace, with occasional lifting.
