They develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants by maintaining a customer‑centric culture and ensuring an outstanding guest and employee experience.Core ResponsibilitiesPeopleActively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.Communicate effectively and timely with all guests (internal and external).Takes an active role with all new team members.Serve as a subject‑matter expert and adhere to all systems and processes.Effectively demonstrate our Cultural Principles in every interaction.PerformanceAdhere to all systems and processes, including BoFood and BoLabor.Uphold standards and take corrective action when standards are not being met.Empower team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction.Reduce R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities.Engage and foster external community relationships to include recruitment and sales growth, e.g., digital platforms and catering.ProfitIncrease same‑store growth through sales and guest counts.Understand the restaurant P&L results.Understand how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales.Actively participate in inventory management.Demonstrate and uphold all safety and security standards.Engage in all LTO throughout the LTO lifecycle, including training and POP by deadlines.QualificationsA minimum of 3 years’ management experience.18 years or older.Able to read, write, and speak English.Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50‑hour work week.Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.Prior Microsoft Office experience.Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently while lifting 25+ lbs.BenefitsWeekly pay and monthly bonus program.Free unlimited telemedicine and virtual mental health programs.Low‑cost health insurance, dental, and vision benefit plans – includes orthodontics (HSA & PPO plans available).Paid vacation time.Free meals.Leadership and career development opportunities.401(k) with matching.EEO StatementPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
