Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Structure:
- First Four Pay Periods: $3,000 bi-weekly to establish your book of business.
Afterward: $2,000 bi-weekly with lucrative commission opportunities.

Commissions:
- 25% of gross profit above invoice or invoice plus any associated additional costs, with a minimum commission of $150.00.
Additional commissions for extended warranty sales, maintenance sales, aftermarket sales, deal financing, and completed courtesy deliveries.
Opportunity for a $1,000 bonus if monthly sales exceed 12 units (excludes fleet).
- Mobile Service Incentive: Earn 8.0% of individual parts and labor gross on any mobile service, with a minimum of $20 per Service Order (ends 12/31/2024).
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Generate increased traffic and sales of new vehicles to businesses, with a focus on commercial sales comprising 40% of total new vehicle sales.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, ensuring strong connections between West Point Ford and our commercial clientele.
Account Management: Manage commercial accounts by understanding their buying cycles, specifications, and unique inventory needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Inventory Management: Maintain fresh and relevant inventory tailored to the commercial department, with expertise in fast turn specs for all commercial truck lines.
Sales Target Achievement: Accurately forecast and achieve monthly sales targets, contributing to the dealership's overall success.
Comprehensive Representation: Represent the dealership across all product lines, including sales, finance, service, parts, and mobile service, positioning West Point Ford as the go-to destination for fleet needs.
Service Promotion: Promote service initiatives such as Mobile Service, Ford Pro Liive, and Predictive Repair Intelligence to reduce vehicle downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Establish and execute a proactive outbound call strategy, leveraging CRM tools to maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers.
Inventory Sourcing: Collaborate with various sources, including Ford Pool Accounts and WebDo, to secure inventory and meet customer demands effectively.
Promotional Strategy: Develop and present innovative promotions and advertising concepts to attract new businesses to the dealership, with a heavy emphasis on digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and credibility with commercial customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
