Overview:

Our client is a luxury home firm that also offers interior design services, furniture rentals, and custom furniture designs. They are in search of a dynamic VP of Sales to lead their Account Executive team


VP of Sales Opportunity:

  • Creating strategic partnerships with top real estate agents, luxury property developers, architects, and other industry stakeholders to expand the company’s reach.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth in line with the company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and strategic relationship-building efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategies.
  • Manage and lead the account executives, setting clear objectives and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Motivate, train, mentor, follow up, and follow through with Account Executives to maximize their potential.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate clients, delivering a personalized and consultative sales approach.
  • Create and execute effective sales campaigns, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s profile.
  • Prepare and manage the business development and sales budget.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets, providing regular reports to the CEO.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize profitability and revenue streams.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales and leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Autonomous and ready to hit the ground running.
  • The ideal candidate will be well-connected in the high-end interior design, property, luxury, or similar markets.
  • An in-depth understanding of the luxury market and a passion for interior design and aesthetics are a big plus.
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven with a sophisticated approach to business.
