Requirements

•Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking using
broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
•Ensure the integrity of the food served.
•Complete assigned side work at the beginning and end of every shift.
•Comply with all Company standard portions, cooking methods, quality standards, kitchen rules,
recipes, policies and procedures.
•Responsible for notifying management of low product.
•Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
•Handle, store, label and rotate all products properly.
•Other duties as assigned.

•High School Diploma, or equivalent
•At least two years of related work experience.

•Ability to stand for long periods
•Ability to bend and lift up to 35 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs., as needed
•Work may be required in confined area
•Ability to be flexible with hours.
