The PHP Developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining in-house business applications, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Responsibilities: Analyze technology gaps, research, develop, and deploy software solutions. Define sprints and deliverables with project leads. Collaborate with developers to design and optimize code. Conduct integration, testing, bug fixes, and maintenance activities. Perform requirements analysis and develop prototypes for applications. Support applications in operational status with enhancements and fixes. Code, test, and debug software or enhancements. Develop user interfaces and applications, setting expectations, and conducting tests. Integrate platforms using APIs. Create technical documentation and user guides. Qualifications: Required: 3+ years of PHP web development experience. 2+ years with Laravel Framework. 2+ years with MySQL and/or MSSQL. Experience in all SDLC phases, OO analysis, and revision control. Ability to communicate with end-users and gather requirements. Ability to structure software projects (UI/API/DB). Ability to produce clear technical documentation. At least 2 years of college education in Computer Science or similar. Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
