Manage project teams using Agile/Scrum Methodologies for project delivery that support experiments, concepts, pilots and production launches. Provide project leadership, coordination, facilitation, consultation, communication, and customer relationship management expertise on all projects assigned to you.


Duties/Tasks:

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with Management and Stakeholders
  • Liaison to corporate project management and business processes organization on large-scale corporate projects
  • Lead and organize Scrum ceremonies, which includes sprint planning meetings, daily Scrums, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Prepare and present reports on project status
  • Review all completed project deliverables and ensure that outcomes meet agile product owner expectations
  • Develop high-level data flows, database designs and application flows for Digital Innovation experiments
  • Provide UX services including site maps, website and mobile application page flows, wireframes and mockups


Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • 10 years of experience in application development project management, including agile projects
  • Must have either CSM, CSP, CSPO certifications
  • Nice to have PMP and/or Agile certifications
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and approcahes such as Kanban, Lean Startup, Lean Thinking, eXtreme Programming, SAFe, LeSS, etc
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
