The Sales Analyst supports our sales teams by developing incentive programs, analyzing sales data, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance. In this position, you will prepare presentations, track budgets, manage assigned tech platforms, and support sales training objectives. You will also collaborate with field teams to ensure market execution and identify growth opportunities, contributing directly to the department's success and strategic initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and track incentive programs utilized by the Sales Department
  • Track and monitor marketing budgets, analyze sales data and present findings and suggest opportunities
  • Prepare slides for weekly sales meetings and present as needed
  • Attend and present at the WPPM meetings monthly
  • Assist with ordering POS and work with POCM Coordinator for the Sales Department
  • Develop Sales Department Training to ensure department training objectives and requirements are met
  • Assist in the market with resets, deep dives, focus weeks, and special projects
  • Work closely with team leaders and ride with and Reps to monitor marketplace execution and look for additional opportunities
  • Become a subject matter expert on POC Planning Central (PPC), Sales Rep Incentive (EDGE), GROW Planning, Mobility 360/ABIQ, Execution Validation, AOE/WEA/Sales Process Playbook, Zip Code Share Data, and other internal platforms.
Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong, analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficient is MS Office 365
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong negotiating skills
Education/Training/Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Candidate must possess valid Massachusetts driver's license and registration
Physical Demands and Environment:
  • Occasional physical exertion including the regular lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds and the occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Work requires considerable mental concentration to effectively execute complex tasks requiring periods of focused mental and visual concentration
  • Work requires travel and exposure to weather conditions while visiting customers, prospects or vendors
  • Potential for accidents due to over the road travel including traffic accidents, delivery of goods or the set up of displays
