*Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager*

*Location: remote Kenosha, WI*

Start Date: Jun 3, 2024.

Duration:13 weeks

Shift: M-F 8 hours day shift

*Weekly Gross: $2,800 - $3,000/ week*

*Responsibilities:*

* Will be expected to travel within coverage area.
* RN Case Manager: at least 2+ years of hospice experience.
* BLS
* IV skills, chest tube maintenance/pleurex drain, catheter insertion, tube feedings, triage skills, wound care, wound vac, comfortable dealing with PIV, midline, central line, etc., competency with end of life care including pain and symptom management both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical, experience with opioids and opioid equinalagesic table, documentation on EMR platform, independent critical thinker/problem solver but knows when to reach out and ask for help/questions, flexible; inpatient facility does provide palliative sedation
* EMR: EPIC
