What a typical day as a Production Operator might look like:
Responsibilities:
l Repetitive machine or process operation following prescribed routine.
l Must be able to follow direction & perform adjustments to processes or machinery.
l Records & reports production numbers. Proficiency in usually reached in a few months.
l Operation of equipment to include, but not limited to the following manufacturing equipment
l Block Press Manufacturing, Block Stacking, Manual Bag Lifting, Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, etc...
l Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
l Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
l Must practice good housekeeping. Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
l Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions.
l Excellent Punctuality. Solid communication skills. Great interpersonal skills. Flexible.
l Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills.
l Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.

l High school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required. Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb.
