While reporting directly to the Senior Manager - Commercialization and Quality, as a Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and control of the plant's quality testing and reporting system within the plant, as well as Quality lead for our rental business operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing development and maintenance of the quality testing/reporting system.
  • Establish site(s) strategies, system, and controls to support company and customer objectives
  • Establishes and reports site(s) key performance indicators and provides leadership support to assigned sites to ensure objectives are met
  • Responsible to develop, coordinate, support, train, assist, and facilitate within all attributes of the Quality Management System
  • Manages quality concerns and quality incident resolution processes including completion of root cause analyses, calculation of total cost of quality, implementation of corrective actions, and communication to key stakeholders
  • Manages the external and internal audit processes and supports site(s) Quality representative responsible for executing the audit plans and any required corrective action to address audit deficiencies
  • Lead the continuous improvement program.
  • Reduces variation within work tasks to improve process efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure quality records are maintained.
  • Develops best practices for each operation within the plant and trains across all shifts as required
This position is our ThermoSafe Division and is in Hillview, KY.

We'd love to hear from you if:
  • You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years' experience in the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of quality management systems
  • 5+ Years management experience
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certified is preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to properly prioritize activities
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills
Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $ 108,900. to $ 130,680, plus quarterly target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
