We support projects in Android/iPhone development, AWS, Big Data, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Azure, serving around 500 clients worldwide and establishing thousands of careers over two decades. Our mission is to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals through teamwork. We seek a hands-on Data Scientist with leadership skills to mentor juniors and manage data analytics projects from inception to deployment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collect and analyze data to identify patterns and insights.
  • Transform data into formats suitable for analysis.
  • Develop tools to automate data collection processes.
  • Utilize statistical methods to solve industry-specific problems.
  • Prepare detailed reports by analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Train team members on data organization and analysis techniques.
  • Design and improve software applications using various programming languages.
  • Refer to historical findings to optimize data gathering methods.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS


  • Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience developing machine learning models from coding to deployment.
  • Valid passport for potential travel.

Skills

  • Proficient in Python and SQL; knowledge of Java or C++ is a plus.
  • Strong project management background preferred.
  • Empathetic with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of deep learning techniques, particularly in NLP and computer vision.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • Experience creating chatbots or applications using NLP techniques.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques (GLM, regression, clustering).
