Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of specially designed human resources information systems and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.What You Will DoOwn and drive L3/L4 production support / enhancements with support/dev team members, business stakeholders, platform team and vendorsLead technical aspects of project delivery by collaborating with functional teams, business units, vendors and partnersDevelop POCs and present solution options to senior leadership to help solve complex business problemsEstablish high standards and act as the mentor to the development teamsDrive release management and change management processesImplement process improvements by collaborating with the platform teamContribute to roadmaps and accelerate the adoption and maturity of the platform capabilitiesProvide retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as requiredLead a technically diverse team geographically dispersed in the US and in IndiaMaintains current awareness of trends in HRIS and software developments and keeps abreast of trends and new methods in information systems training, materials, and techniquesQualifications You Must HaveBachelor’s in Computer Science, Technology, Information Systems or related discipline and minimum 8+ years related work experience with strong knowledge of the core ITSM platform, platform security and integrationsExperience with full cycle implementation in ServiceNow primarily on HRSD with experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party software using REST/SOAP including scripted web services, serversExperience in Service Portal and building custom widgets using Angular JS and in implementing and customized core applications including incident, problem, change, knowledge, configuration management and service catalogExperience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environmentHands-on experience in configuration and development in portal, workflows, UI actions, integrations and knowledge of key integrations and their mechanisms with multiple HR technology platforms like Workday and knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL and other such technologiesQualifications We PreferStrong expertise in Agile development/SDLC methodologies, Test AutomationExperience in release management and change management processesBecome the SME on all components of ServiceNow HRSDWhat We OfferWe offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
