SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Senior ConsultantSAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Senior Consultant4 weeks ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.If you enjoy working with high-caliber people on interesting projects in a thriving partnership organization, Westernacher is the place to beTo complement our team in the Americas, we are looking for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Senior ConsultantIf you enjoy working with high-caliber people on interesting projects in a thriving partnership organization, Westernacher is the place to beTo complement our team in the Americas, we are looking for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Senior ConsultantYour responsibilities:Customize and configure SAP GTS modules to align with the organization's trade compliance and international trade requirements.Lead or support the implementation of SAP GTS projects, including tasks such as gathering business requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support.Ensure seamless management of import/export compliance, customs declarations, restricted party screening, and other trade compliance processes within the SAP GTS system.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP GTS with other SAP modules (particularly SAP TMS, a prerequisite), SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and external systems to facilitate data exchange.Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, business process flows, and user guides.Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users and key stakeholders to enable effective utilization of the SAP GTS system.Stay abreast of the latest SAP GTS features and industry best practices to propose and implement process improvements.Identify and resolve technical issues within the SAP GTS system, collaborating with SAP support as needed to address challenges effectively.Assist with Pre-sales activities, including setting up demos and integrating SAP GTS with TMS systems to showcase the platform's capabilities and potential for prospective clients.Your skills and experience:5+ years of experience in configuring and implementing SAP GTS projects.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science is a must.Having degrees inSupply Chain Management, Information Technology,Business Administration,or related disciplineis a nice to have.Strong understanding of trade compliance regulations and processes.Experience with SAP Transportation Management System (TMS) isnice to have.Our promise:Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits, RRSP).Inspiringandexciting, innovativeworking environment.International company culture and minimal hierarchical structure.Chance to work on complex projects from different industries and add to your business process knowhow.Flexible working hours and hybrid working model.Interested?
