Job Description Our client, a growing CPG that is publicly traded is looking to hire a Director of Cost Accounting. Very exciting time to be a part of the company Young, energetic, and driven team Great opportunity to make an impact, high visibility Job Responsibilities of the Director of Cost Accounting Manage entire cost accounting process (PPV, Labor Reporting, Physical Inventory) Cost module projects- help build out and implement new accounting modules SKU analysis, profitability analysis, etc Oversee and build out cost accounting team Help implement SAP Be a key leader of change in the organization and demonstrate continuous improvement of operations. Develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers. Perform various month-end closing procedures and assistance with annual external financial audit. Specific requirements for the Director of Cost Accounting position include: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 10+ years of experience Managerial experience of 6 or more Yearly Compensation $150,000 - $175,000 plus benefits #LI-SP2
