Lead the Financial Strategy of a Mission-Driven Non-Profit

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and oversee all financial operations for the organization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and transparency.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
- Provide data-driven financial insights to guide strategic business decisions and expand the organization's impact.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of financial literacy and excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience leading financial strategy in a growth-oriented environment (non-profit experience a plus).
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- CPA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and financial insights to support an organization's mission.
- Passionate about driving financial sustainability in an organization that makes a lasting social impact.
