Director, Cyber Security at KPMG USKPMG Advisory practice is rapidly growing and we are seeking an experienced leader to shape our Cyber Security consulting practice. This role involves driving commercial strategy, leading technology integration, and delivering high‑impact AI/ML‑enabled security solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesShape the commercial offering around Automating AI Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management using enterprise technology platforms.Engineer and implement AI/ML platforms, lead system integrations with data sources supporting AI discovery, inventory management, risk management, compliance management, and reporting development.Contribute to the broader offering, go‑to‑market strategy, and project execution of the AI/ML competence at the firm.Work closely with other solution leaders in security operations and threat intelligence to integrate and automate AI GRC solutions into comprehensive client offerings.Develop and support the execution of the go‑to‑market strategy, including leading sales activities for the offering.Drive demand generation for the offering through strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives.QualificationsA minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, security, and technology.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience; cyber security, business continuity, and/or technical infrastructure certifications.Experience in software development and engineering in the AI/ML space with focus on cyber risks in AI systems.Competency in working with data, AI/ML, and platform engineers and technologies.Expertise in enterprise technology platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, and others.Proven experience in shaping commercial offerings and go‑to‑market strategies, particularly in AI Security GRC solutions.Excellent client relationship management and sales acumen with experience in demand generation and strategic marketing initiatives.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.Salary ranges for this position are disclosed in compliance with applicable local and state regulations.
