We have worked with entities such as Screen Australia and Epic Games, and continue to grow year on year by delivering exciting content and stories to our millions of fans.Job Information :Glitch Productions is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our marketing efforts. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of our campaigns, ensuring that every asset, and initiative reflects the unique voice and creativity that defines Glitch. Working at the intersection of strategy and creativity, the Head of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing from campaign planning to creative feedback & execution and will drive initiatives that expand our audience reach, strengthen fan engagement across Millennial, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha audiences.Your duties will include:Develop and supervise the execution of marketing strategy across all Glitch intellectual property, including activations, social media, announcements, trailers, advertisements, press releases and copy whilst preserving Glitch’s brand energy and personality to convert into sales and further brand awareness.Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners to execute coordinated marketing campaigns.Developing marketing activation timelines and approaches that unify creative vision with clear marketing messaging, that increases sales and/or engagement.Build, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals across creative, performance, social, and events functions.Be a key decision maker and provide constructive feedback to internal marketing directives, from influencing promotional campaigns, photoshoots, videos and any other forms of media that will represent Glitch Productions.Directing and reviewing copies for announcements, social media, and press releases, whilst leading the strategy and performance of all marketing channels (social, paid media, influencer, email, SEO, PR, OOH, events) to ensure they properly convey the company’s branding and creative voice.Introduce creative and innovative direction for digital advertising and marketing outside of traditional advertisement standards.Staying informed of cultural trends and audience behaviors to ensure Glitch remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.Overseeing and optimising existing internal marketing operations, systems and processes.Analytics and OptimizationEstablishing and monitoring analytics and performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, using results to continuously refine approaches for stronger impact.Collaborating closely with leadership, production, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically and creatively aligned with holistic company vision and are delivered within budget.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Analyse marketing performance and present insights to executive leadership.Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.Creativity and InnovationEncouraging and teaching innovation within the marketing creative department, developing new ideas and approaches that differentiate Glitch.Partner with the Creative, Consumer Products, Brand, and Operations divisions to deliver unified, creative and innovative campaigns that break out of traditional marketing — capturing fan imagination, driving community engagement, and turning every launch into a cultural moment.Act as the internal ambassador for marketing excellence and creative discipline.A successful candidate will have .5+ Years of experience in creative marketing, ideally within entertainment, digital media, gaming or a similarly fast-paced creative industry.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide creatives toward producing impactful work.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback to both creative and executive stakeholders.A forward-thinking and innovative mindset, with a proven ability to balance creative originality with marketing strategy that converts.Deep understanding of Millennial through Gen Alpha cultural and digital landscapes, including social platforms, online communities, and content trends.Strong analytical skills, with experience in setting, tracking, and interpreting KPIs to inform decision-making.Strong alignment with Glitch’s creative vision and goals.A passion for storytelling, internet culture, gaming, and/or animation, with a genuine enthusiasm for connecting audiences to creative content.(Bonus) Experience
