The Marketing Director will manage the effective use of an annual marketing budget of over $4M to achieve the goals and objectives of the marketing function and company. This position also offers a unique opportunity to sit on our Leadership team where you will be involved with the strategic direction of the company.Selected Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop and lead an integrated brand and messaging strategy to strengthen awareness and engagement with target audienceDevelop and execute marketing strategy and tactical plans across traditional and digital channelsExecute digital lead generation and nurturing tactics including paid search, display and web contentMonitor and drive KPIs including appointment generation, brand awareness, lead acquisition, conversion and engagementContinuously refine the attributes of the core demographic audience for our product offeringAnalyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedbackOversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materialsDesign print ads and publicationsCoordinate and ensure quality of internal marketing staff and external marketing resources (e.g. graphics designer, content writing, Digital Marketing provider, etc.)Develop and maintain the messaging on our website with continuous content creation including blogging, before and after pictures, videos, and conversion strategiesOversee Field Marketing for all events and the Costco retail program and Open House strategies and staffingWorking with Digital Marketing provider, create and direct email marketing campaigns, engage consumers on social media and ensure our online reputation is highly regarded with high visibilityLead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms including TV and radioTake calculated risks based on data-driven analyticsCollaborate with the sales team to develop tailored messaging for the in-home sales processDevelop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leaderOversee the Call Center and appointment schedulingThe Successful Candidate Will HaveBS/BA Marketing, Business, or other directly related degree is preferred3+ years successful experience in developing and implementing multi-faceted marketing plans in Business to Consumer industry, especially as relates to lead generation for an in-home sales modelExperience in using lead generation software and working with a call centerExtensive background in marketing leadership roles in the home improvement sector preferred3+ years successful experience managing TV and radio campaignsDemonstrated success in writing compelling ads and offers for direct response marketingProven track record in helping a company achieve ambitious growth expectationsSuccessful experience in managing and directing staff or third-party resourcesExperience in an entrepreneurial company is preferred3+ years successful experience overseeing SEO, paid search, email, and social media campaigns (Google Certification is preferred)Successful experience in using analytics (especially Google Analytics) to assess, refine and/or change marketing strategies and messagingDemonstrated professional growth and advancementExperience overseeing Field Marketing Events and Retail Programs such as Costco #J-18808-Ljbffr
