This role supports critical systems including workstations, phones, servers, and plant-connected devices. You'll work closely with global IT teams and plant personnel to ensure system reliability and support ongoing initiatives. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Maintain communication during issue resolution Track support tickets using service management tools Support system outages and downtime coordination Roll out new IT processes and equipment Ensure compliance with IT policies Lead or assist with IT projects Provide 24/7 support as needed Qualifications 3-4 years of IT support experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Familiarity with enterprise IT tools Ability to work independently Reliable personal vehicle required Why TEKsystems?
