Focus Staff is seeking a traveling First Assist RN to assist and work alongside a surgeon during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)
Shift: 5x8 Days

We are proud of our ability to build relationships with all our healthcare professionals, whether you are seeking Travel assignments, PRN work or Permanent Placed positions.Assist surgeon in general and specialized surgeriesPrepare patients for surgeryProvide patient care and supportAdminister medicationsPractice surgical procedures such as controlling bleeding and suturing incisions, draping, providing exposure, and handling tissuePrepare all necessary suppliesPosition and prepare the patient on the operating tableMonitor the patient’s vital signs and heart rateEducate patient and family on operation and aftercarePerform post-operative assessments and monitoringPerform CPR or emergency measures if requiredAll other responsibilities as needed
