About the Role We are seeking a Vice President of Warehouse Operations to join our team. This role requires someone passionate about running and optimizing warehousing, logistics, and operations across our family of brands. As the VP of Warehouse Operations, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring effective and efficient operations. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and logistics processes to meet company objectives. Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Contribute to strategic planning and decision‑making as a key member of the leadership team, driving overall business success and growth. Key Competencies Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise at a professional level in all aspects of warehouse, logistics, and operations management. Skill in examining and re‑engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing new strategies. Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse constituencies. Advanced analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills. Working knowledge of computerized business and operating systems. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to supervise, train employees, and schedule work assignments. Provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise. Develop and present educational programs and/or workshops. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 7‑10 years of related experience Bilingual Spanish highly preferred Physical Requirements Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. Frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Use computer and mobile phone for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors.
