  • Eligibility for comprehensive benefits after just 30 days of full-time employment *As a School Occupational Therapist (OT), you will: *
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in pre-K to 6th grade based on their individual education plans (IEP).
  • Supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to ensure quality care.
  • Perform professional assessments of students' developmental abilities and progress.
  • Offer recommendations for OT interventions to help maximize students' learning potential.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop effective IEPs.
  • Travel to multiple campuses to perform evaluations or provide services as needed. *Qualifications for this School Occupational Therapist (OT) role include: *
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Prior OT experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Occupational therapy licensure in the state of California.
