Your Role:

  • Employment Litigation: Handle a diverse caseload of employment disputes, including wage and hour claims, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and class actions.
  • Client Counselling: Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws, helping them mitigate risk and navigate complex employment issues.
  • Trial Preparation: Work closely with senior litigators to develop case strategy, conduct depositions, draft motions, and prepare for high-stakes trials.


Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably with a background in complex cases and class actions.
  • Credentials: Excellent academic background and strong litigation skills. Admitted to the New Jersey bar.
  • Team Player: A driven and collaborative attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
