We are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Marketing Cloud Developerto join ourCX Digital Marketing Practice. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions across marketing communication platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, while developing scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver best-in-class customer experience. Actively participate in technology discussions, solution design, and development activities. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy robust solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with customer needs. Analyze existing marketing platform instances and recommend improvements. Engage in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and grooming. Support integration and troubleshooting efforts using SFMC APIs. Required Qualifications Minimum3+ years of experiencein Salesforce Marketing Cloud development. Hands-on expertise with major SFMC components: Email Studio Journey Builder Contact Builder / Data Extensions Proficiency in: AMPscript SQL HTML / CSS SSJS (preferred) Experience withMarketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIs. Understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC (object replication, data sync, engagement tracking, etc.). Strong ability to interpret requirements, ask clarifying questions, and implement best practices. Soft Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to clearly visualize and document concepts for client discussions. Ability to consult and adapt in unfamiliar technology areas. Strong prioritization and time management skills. Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solver. Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
