Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Financial Planning Associate with a CFP designation or active progress toward it, who will support our team of advisors in building comprehensive financial plans and identifying planning opportunities for clients. This role requires a high level of detail orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across our advisory team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and update customized financial plans for clients, including retirement, tax, and estate planning.


  • Conduct detailed analysis of client data to identify opportunities for optimizing financial planning strategies.


  • Support advisors in client meetings by preparing relevant reports and summaries to help communicate planning insights.


  • Monitor changes in financial regulations and adjust client recommendations as needed to maintain compliance and maximize benefits.


  • Maintain and update financial planning software and ensure accurate client data.


Qualifications:


  • CFP® designation or active pursuit of the CFP® certification (required).


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.


  • Experience with financial planning software and tools preferred.


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to explain complex financial topics clearly and simply.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client-first mindset.
