Must-Have: Rehabilitation and Med-Surg Experience

Job Description:

- Provide therapy services to individuals who have experienced loss of function due to injury or illness.
- Deliver customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
- Work in a state-of-the-art, 40-bed rehabilitation hospital with a focus on maximizing health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
- Be part of a facility accredited for Stroke Specialty Program and Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Amputation Specialty Programs.
- Handle patient ratios effectively; knowledge of using various equipment and working with Epic EHR is necessary.
- Weekend work required; every other weekend rotation.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.

First Day Instructions:

- Report Time: 8:00 am
- Ask for: Supervisor

Additional Notes:

- Geriatric and adult patient population focus
- Demonstrate great customer service skills
- Preferred experience in skilled nursing
