SUMMARY

HexArmor is currently seeking an enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Global Accounts team as a Global Accounts Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support two of our Key Account Managers managing some of our largest core customers. This position would be a great fit for someone who is highly detail oriented and collaborative and loves building reports.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supports Key Account Managers; strategic partner in managing approx. $12-$13MM in sales.
  • Provides Key Account Manager support for large core customers.
  • Practices critical thinking to uncover unique ways to support large core customers.
  • Acts as a liaison between cross functional departments such as order management, marketing, and category management.
  • Assist in creation of quarterly business review reporting.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining monthly customer revenue reporting using Tableau and Excel.
  • Keep customer information and contact activity current in the Salesforce.com database.
  • Administration work like contact creation and sample order management.
  • Assisting GAT team with additional tasks as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in sales coordinator role preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Detail oriented. Organized. Passionate. Collaborative. Positive. Flexible. Confident. Self-Starter.
  • Desire and ability to work in fast-paced environment and be part of a high performance team.
  • Possess the technological capabilities to effectively navigate SalesForce, Tableau, and MS Office (Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities with agility and perform in fast-paced, high-volume environment, solution focused and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to develop presentations using PPT or other applicable presentation tools.
