Your role will be to defend pre-litigation and litigated matters, provides legal advice to insurers, and litigate primary and excess coverage for all types and lines of coverage. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment in which junior and mid-level attorneys are mentored by experienced Shareholders. This is an excellent opportunity for associates looking to expand their skills under the mentorship of some of the state’s top insurance coverage attorneys.The ideal candidate will have experience preparing insurance coverage opinions and litigating coverage and extra-contractual matters.
