Account Development Manager

Overview:
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing customer relationships, with a primary focus on securing appointments for our dealership offerings. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and reach out to prospective leads through cold calling and other means.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain dealer relations to generate opportunities for our program.
- Reach out to prospective leads through cold calling and other lead-generation methods.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage tasks.
- Drive self-motivation and autonomy, working independently to achieve sales targets.
- Present and promote our program to prospective clients, emphasizing its value proposition.
- Utilize strong selling and negotiating skills to close deals and secure appointments.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including travel, as required.
- Forecast sales and maintain accurate records using our CRM tool, Monday.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills to engage effectively with prospects.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining Dealer relationships.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required; retail experience is welcomed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
- Previous experience in managing a sales organization is advantageous.
