Status: Full-time 40 hrs., Exempt

Direct Patient Care: 24 hours per week

Admin/Leadership: 16 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Be Part of Our Growing Team:

 

As a Therapist – 

  • Evaluate, Diagnose & Treat a variety of Mental Health Areas with appropriate treat plans established for the College Patient Population – areas include, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy, Personality & Eating Disorders & more
  • Utilize EHR & Technology Platforms within the role

 

As a Leader – 

  • Clinician Experience:
    • Collaborate with Leadership Team in development and execution of strategic clinical initiatives.
    • Maintain high health care standards and accountability.
    • Facilitate clinician meetings and develop retention plans.
    • Monitor and improve clinician engagement; Clinical teaching and mentoring of clinicians when needed.
  • Practice Management:
    • Use KPIs to measure and track clinical performance and accountability.
    • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure excellent administrative support for your region.
    • Conduct regular chart reviews.
    • Monitor care for general compliance with P&Ps of Mindpath Health and regulatory/licensing requirements.
  • Leadership & Strategy:
    • Assist Mindpath Health in the recruitment and selection process for new clinicians and developing the candidate pipeline.
    • Facilitate Referral Consistency by establishing relationships with universities, colleges, and other key stakeholders that fosters confidence in our exceptional clinical care services for students and community members and leads to a reliable flow of referrals.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical quality and develop action plans.
    • Represent Mindpath Health at relevant events.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced graduate degree in mental health field (MA/PhD/PsyD)
  • Current, valid license to practice psychotherapy in the state in which you are practicing / leading a region. 
  • Minimum of 5 years postgraduate work experience as a psychotherapist.
  • Previous experience supervising clinicians and other clinical staff, with demonstrated record of success.
