MEDIA DIRECTOR
**MUST HAVE HANDS ON KEYBOARD EXPERIENCE IN SOME AREA OF PAID MEDIA SEM/SOCIAL/PROGRAMMATIC/ECOMM**
(Hybrid 2x a week)
This position will work very closely with both client and internal teams to identify specific client needs, business outcomes and priorities while being able to be with staff, budgets, deadlines, and overall client satisfaction. You will be in direct contact with clients, maintaining that relationship and guiding them toward success. The perfect candidate should be able to utilize their industry knowledge and leadership skills to effectively manage the daily operations of the account team and independently manage campaigns “day 1”.
What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Develop and present comprehensive multi-media plans while maintaining strong client relationships as a key strategic and business partner ● Gain a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of our client’s business objectives, challenges and opportunities ● Develop an expert understanding of the current and potential future state of client’s needs and success ● Lead in the development of uncovering consumer, cultural, and media insights and strategies ● Build insights and use data to support strategic thinking while being able to pull reporting and manage client presentations ● Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, as a strategic advisor, to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences ● Understanding of platforms and ability to collaborate with the paid search, paid social, programmatic, etc team members ● Willingness to learn hands on platform and continued growth ● Working closely with Management across accounts

Who You Are: ● 8+ years in a media agency environment ● Strategic skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights and shepherd a strategic idea ● Ability to be the primary go-to business lead and direct contact for high level clients (SVPs+) ● Experience in planning across all channels in order to act as a technical expert for team members ● Ability to integrate planning and digital investments to ensure the strategy is cohesive to digital execution ● Strong project and employee management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and highly organized ● The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with high attention to detail and to agency process ● Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment ● In office requirements 2-3 days a week Company Perks: ● Competitive Pay and Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision) ● Flexible work arrangements (hybrid work) ● Inclusive Parental Leave ● 401k Matching ● PTO and Company Holidays + Fridays off before Holidays ● Matching Donations ● End-of-year bonuses based on company and individual performance
