Overview

We have partnered with our trusted client that is looking for an Estimating Engineer.

The Estimates Engineer will involve detailed estimation and revision management during cost estimation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop orders anticipating project costs and requirements
  • Analyze and determine costs of different units of the industrial installations and quantities
  • Prepare detailed cost calculations and participate in revisions throughout the estimation process
  • Utilize MTOs (Materials Take-Off) and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) effectively for cost estimations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required
  • At least 2 years experience in detailed estimation and revision management during cost estimation
  • Experience in Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Power Generation required - familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards
  • Knowledge in utilizing MTOs (Material Take-Offs) and BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
  • Certification in cost engineering or project management a plus
  • Spanish-speaking a plus
