We seek a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Location: N171 W21840 Caymus Ct. Jackson, WI 53037
Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm CST 4 days per week. Candidate expected to do a Saturday rotation 8:00am - 4:00pm CST every 8-9 weeks.
Primary Responsibilities:

* Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff
* Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
* Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies
* Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders
* Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records
* Works with the Pharmacist to asset in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements
* Performs various clerical duties relating to the department
* Communicates with solid professional verbal and written communication skills
* Other duties as assigned
* This is a closed-door pharmacy with no face-to-face patient contact; all patient contact is over the phone

Required Qualifications:

* Active and unrestricted licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Wisconsin OR the ability to obtain license within 60 days of employment (must complete application prior to start date)
* Intermediate level of proficiency with computer skills such as typing
* Access to reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

* National Pharmacy Technician Certification
* 1+ years of data entry experience
* 1+ years of pharmacy experience
