We are excited to present a unique Entry Level opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to build a thriving career in Business Events and Operations Management.
As part of our international organization, you will join a dynamic team ON SITE IN New York City (No remote working), collaborating with both local and global clients to analyze and design innovative solutions for complex business challenges. This role offers the chance to work onsite with cross-functional teams while contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities
- System Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document system interfaces using visual models to support clear communication and planning.
- Requirement Translation: Collaborate with the Product Team to transform business requirements into actionable user stories for development.
- Product Vision and Design: Partner with the Product Owner to deliver a design vision for products and systems that align with user needs.
- Solution Identification: Evaluate potential approaches for technical feasibility and business impact.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with QA Analysts to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
- Release Management and Support: Provide hands-on support for post-Go-Live processes, troubleshooting and assisting with release management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead product demonstrations, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Incident Management: Prioritize and resolve business application issues raised through the incident management system.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work directly with clients and senior management in a professional, collaborative manner.
- Strong communication skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in consulting or supporting business functions, organizational needs, or cross-geographical teams is a plus.
- A solid understanding of business goals and the ability to advocate for these within technical and operational frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
